A full range of accessories are available including interchangeable bayonet nozzles, steel brushes and cleaning tools to fit your boiler tubes. AGTC-540 Soot-Vac vacuum, connected to the boiler tube through the SAM-3, simultaneous removes loosened deposits. The operator pulls the switch back for cleaning tool return and moves to the next boiler tube. The cleaning tool travels the full distance of the boiler tube at more than 3' per second, loosening soot and scale inside the boiler tube. The operator inserts the nozzle into the tube and pushes the switch forward. The SAM-3 boiler tube cleaning system uses a cleaning tool mounted to the tip of a 26' spring steel tape.
